It’s lovely looking through old photos :)

May be my only progress on this goal this month, but it’s a start :)
Scanning old photos and negatives is very nostalgic for me. It brings back many memories of long days in the darkroom, developing my own images at home, and retouching old family photos. I still have my darkroom gear. I remember scanning one photo of my dad’s grandmother which had been torn in half. I scanned it, touched it up, and gave it to him at Christmas. He loved it! You should definitely do this. :-)
Trula focusing on my business
I mainly use flickr to store personal and business photos. It’s an easy way to share photos with my family and automatically have different sizes of photos for my site. I really enjoy flickr and seeing so many different perspectives from people all around the world. This is a neat site and great resource. If you have a website or blog or just need a place online to share your pics, I highly recommend it.
My main goal right now with Flickr is to scan and upload at least 10 old family photos a day until all our old pics are on here. My flickr page is here:

I actually had this done for me. Used www.DVDPhotographs.com and they also created a video slide show for me. Well worth it for the price.
Rachael is engaged :)
It’s just getting around to actually doing it I suppose that is difficult. It’s much easier in the long run for your old pictures to be a click away though, rather than going through albums, but that can be fun too. I have a whole folder devoted to old family pictures here. There’s still lots more to scan though :)
My mom gave me the family photo album. Has pictures goingtback to the early 1900’s. I want to scan them all and burn cd’s for family members. Also add the photos to my family tree and website.
Get all 50+ year photos scanned and archived on external harddrive. Scan all the rest of family photos and negatives and send out dvd’s to the fam overseas. Print out the best older photos and put into nice archival leather album.
