live in New York City for a while, one day

but I don’t know if this is ever gonna happen. Seems complicated and expensive. But I so love that city, it is unique, it has a special vibe, like it was the center of the world or something.

Actually I’m just eliminating those goals from my list that are too vague or related to a possible, yet currently intangible future.

I wanna keep it simpler.

There’s no place like it! There’s an energy in the air that is palpable. It’s…well, it’s energizing!

changed slightly, but NYC is still one of my favorite dream cities.

I’ve booked the flights: Nov. 25th – Dec. 22nd. I have good and generous friends willing to help, both with a place to stay and with advice about how to find a job or connections for future jobs. If I succeed and have a future chance to live there longer, I’ll be very happy. If I don’t, at least I tried. Plus, my English will improve and my translating will benefit from it anyway.
