It’s been 3 days, I have FINALLY started doing what I love most-JOG! Though I prefer to jog in the morning, I have take up running in a park in the evenings, after work. This is coz I have car-driving lessons in the morning. And just as I expected, I have started feeling better, more in control of my life. The cool evening air calms me down. And as the evenings get cooler, I hope to continue jogging everyday

i sprained my ankle! ahhh. so i have to do low impact exercise for a few weeks. it makes me sad because i feel so lazy not jogging, but i guess its not my fault.
