    I have been doing pilates and/or running like EVERY day this week!!! I run 2mi to Ethan’s hse then run back – the other day I ran all the way back with no walking!!

    I missed working out – it had been SO long, idk how I still have so much muscle leftover from gymnastics!

    I wish there were an affordable gym around here! There used to be, but then they moved to somewhere I can’t get to easily on my bike. :[ Oh well, there’s other ways.

    I went back to the gym, twice last week, and this week I will try to go at least four or three times. I actually felt good, happier, its true. when you exercise it releases those “happy” hormones. lol.

    I’m getting toned! It’s awesome! My arms are thin, my stomach has muscle, my thighs are GETTIN THERE, but overall I look great and I’ve lost quite a bit of weight. Going to the gym and cutting out all carbs has done WONDERS for my body.

    I try to go to the gym 3 -5 times a week. And i have been doing well i am starting to fill out nicely. Yet it will take 6-7 month to start to be near where i want to be yet i am different then most people because i am rehabbing my body at the same time.

    I have a goal, I need to look good in a bikini, not to impress others, but to do it for myself. I’m 5’6 and 135 lbs. but my body shakes like jello, its the tsunami effect! :) my boyfriends says that as a joke, and no it doesn’t affect me at all, my self esteem is fine. I belong to a boxing gym, and I haven’t gone in three weeks, thats a long time and a waste of money keeping this entry will inspire me to get my lazy ass up and stop making up excuses and keep going. I will go tomorrow and I will write all my progress down.

    Still trying to get to Aqua aerobics each week, my swimming buddy has suggested we up this to twice a week now. I hope I can try to do this as it will help with dropping a dress size. Have started thinking about having a wedding dress made and I’d love to have a toned body to have a style I would like.

    I’ve not been really been active with the Wii fit but have been to aqua. Need to do some stretching exercises as muscles are very tight.

    My wonderful fiance exchanged some of his Wii games for a Wii fit! Fantastic I love it!
    Have got myself a target weight for 8 weeks ( end of May) hoefully I will be more toned and down a dress size.
