Nothing like a wedding dress to motivate you…more aqua and I’ve cut back on my snacking to try and keeep a few pounds off. I have set up keeping fit plan for the nest 6 months. I think I will take up a few more classes…would love to do Zumba and I hear it’s fab for toning the muscles.

I joined the swim team! Now, doing swimming once a week, my exercices three times week and running four times week, I think I will reach my goal until the end of the year. I must improve my eating, that is the next step to do and therefore to keep goind with my gym routine

I don’t know what it is. I seem to be doing pretty well on this goal, and then all of sudden I am not working on it at all! During those times when I was working out and eating better in a consistent pattern, I saw myself start to tone up a little—not a lot, but enough to show me that if I stuck with it, I’d get in shape. But then I would miss a day at the gym. Which would turn into two days, etc. Or a big assignment would come up, and my stressing out would keep me from doing much of anything.
I really need to work harder at this goal. I need to try and not miss any days at the gym. I am on campus 4 days a week, and therefore I want to make it to the gym those four days. I need to keep up my exercises I do at home, and make sure I am eating well. We’ll see how it goes!

yeah i haven’t been working on this at all. i think about it whenever i look at myself in the mirror, but idk, i just can’t seem to find the time or energy to do it. i want to… i want better legs abs and butt. thats all i ask. i want to run on the elliptical and have a tighter ass. i want my thighs to slim down a little bit, i want a slightly defined stomach. i just don’t seem to find the time!...

I don’t usually enjoy spending hours in closed spaces like the gym so I just figured out I can jog outside. Especially when the weather is fine. I thought it is a good addition to my pilates excercises.
However, there are lately some doubts on how healthy exactly jogging is. Here is an article by Al Sears – an MD investigating the effects of jogging on the body in the long run: http://www.alsearsmd.com/jogging-injuries.html. Of course, you can decide on your own how much you believe in that.

I have been doing pilates and/or running like EVERY day this week!!! I run 2mi to Ethan’s hse then run back – the other day I ran all the way back with no walking!!
I missed working out – it had been SO long, idk how I still have so much muscle leftover from gymnastics!

I wish there were an affordable gym around here! There used to be, but then they moved to somewhere I can’t get to easily on my bike. :[ Oh well, there’s other ways.

I went back to the gym, twice last week, and this week I will try to go at least four or three times. I actually felt good, happier, its true. when you exercise it releases those “happy” hormones. lol.

I’m getting toned! It’s awesome! My arms are thin, my stomach has muscle, my thighs are GETTIN THERE, but overall I look great and I’ve lost quite a bit of weight. Going to the gym and cutting out all carbs has done WONDERS for my body.
