learn jeet kune do

The way of the Intercepting fist! I would love to learn this I’m a big Bruce Lee fan, and I want to learn this from one of his students. I’m thinking Dan Inosanto because he’s one of Bruce’s Highest ranking students and seems to know what he’s talking about

Well, I passed it a few weeks ago.
It was pretty easy, except that I had just broke my fast for that day, which made it hard.

Just went through some basic punches, stepping, stick work, grappling, take down, take down defense, choke defense, kicking and a few rounds of sparring.

It was pretty fun!

I admire his muscles and shape I found doing Jeet Kune do is the way to get his for my own

two lessons, so far. Among other things i can now disable an attacker with a knife.

i’m 19 years, and i want learn more about jeet kune do.
