I started a plan from bobybuilding.com on 10/17/09, started with a comfortable weight of 155lbs (5×5). If I can stick to the plan, i should be able to add 50 lbs by New Year. (205lbs).
By Feb/Mar 2010, I should be able to hit my goal.
I can bench 215 lbs right now, so if I just add 10 more lbs…I’ll be there. I’m 15 and 146 lbs with 46’’ shoulders.

i’m finding it a challenge to do 10 reps of 145.
of course, i haven’t worked out consistently for a month or two now because of school.
this amazing suckiness sucks.
the calculators tell me i can still bench 193.33 lbs, but i am sure as heck not trusting that.

my max of 160 this march has increased to 175, as of last week.
my calculated one rep max after this week’s chest workout is set around 192… i don’t trust it though. 12×135 is good, but i’m not sure if i can really hit 192. now that the school year has started, my progress is sure to slow down some. :|
