i wrote down some weekly tasks and organized them by day.. with the assumption that i wont do everyone , every week. But on any particular day, if that task needs to be done, then i will do it on that day. If i can automate this process, then i will flail around less (doing whatever on whatever day) and i think it will free up a lot more time for me to relax, or do other things..
as long as i remember that i can make changes, then it does not seem so daunting
