How to run in the mornings
How I did it: I decided to get up and jogg if I would wake up minimum 45 minutes before my alarm goes off. It has many positive aspects to do it: If you turn and fall a sleep again, you will be in a sleeping phase that lets you not beeing more rested, you willbe startled by the alarm when it goes off and your whole day will be off. However if you jump out of bed (ok you can also take it slower, just get out of bed) and have a set of jogging clothes ready in a special box in your closet - you do not want to asseble your otufit only now...and go before showering to have your mornign jogg. If you hair looks strange, get it wet and tame it some. Have a galss or two of water and just go, do it! Don't fuzz about missing make up, or so:hey - you go for a jogg not a beauty contest so dont fuzz over it and use the time to jogg and nothing else. Make your warm up streches, jogg, finish with stretches and yeah...take your morning shower. You will see an improve on energy and soon loose weight because your metabolism will work on a higher gear during the days when you jogg in the morning.
Lessons & tips: - you will feel more enegized soon even if you go up eralier, this is not sleep that you will miss since you woke up before the alarm.

except I only managed once round the park, and both times I remembered that I HATE running. hmmm
It should only take about 20 minutes, so I could definitely do it before work if I get up at 7.
I’d like to do it every day so it becomes a habit rather than something i force myself to do a few times a week.
I feel like running makes me feel free..I sort of escape from my thoughts and stressful envirnoments..I don’t seem to make time for myself anylonger though..I need to!
Here came the first spots of rain in the morning, then it stopped when the race started, but it’s very cold weather.
However I run the half marathon race with 1 hour and 42 minutes.
It was opened at Yokota US base so we could eat American hamburgers prepared by US force.
I’ve received a postcard for Yokota roadrace in Yokota base, Japan. We need to show the driver license or the passport to enter Yokota-base for our identity verification, but my son doesn’t have neither of them because he is just 13 yeas old(junior high school student), then I asked Yokota striders via e-mail what id should he show for the verification, they answered that he could show a student identification card.
The race is going to be held on January 18th.
I’m going to run the half marathon and my son is the five km race.
I received the mail yesterday!
So I just registered Frostbite road race 2009.
I’ve registered Tokyo Marathon 2009, Results of the lottery will be announced mid-November, the race will be held on March 22, 2009.
I had run the half marathon race yesterday, it was a nice weather, the peach trees were on full broom.
It had been a nice weather for running at Yokota Air Base in Japan.
