I just bit the bullet and got an appointment, was chickening out at the time but I did it and love, love LOVE it! If you’re scared it will hurt don’t be, the clamp produced an intense but dull ache that was uncomfortable but distracted from the feeling of the needle so all good, and barely any blood! 2 months ago

I feel totally exhilarated about having done such a silly little thing. I was all set to do it and then had a bit of a panic/weep on the street outside. The thought that I would hate myself if I chickened out made me go in! I went to Punktured in Brighton… they’re super nice and clean and friendly. It did hurt, but not as badly as I thought it would and it was over so quickly! One day later it’s a bit achy but I can’t stop looking at my weirdly different face. I love it and am really happy I finally did it! 8 months ago
