How I did it: my girlfriend and i were having sex in the car when she had the idea of cuffing me to a tree (she is a dom) , we had great sex but after an hour or two she told me she would get to the nearest town to get us something to eat, i told her that the nearest village was 1.5 or 2 hours away, then she told me : 'that's not my problem'. then gagged me and left me there for 3 hours waiting.
