return my library books on time every time

The only time I haven’t done this is when I had a book I needed for a paper I was writing and someone else put the book on hold so I had to keep it out and pay the fine because they wouldn’t let me check it out again. Ugh.

...and I hate fines. I think I’ve finally broken my “returning stuff late” habit. The library is right by my community garden plot, too, so that has helped….

Booya! 1 more time to go, and I’ll count this as done.

Went to the library 2 days ago and managed not to have any fines.

I think I’ll mark this one as done if I can do it twice more without screwing up. That will be over one month of fine-less library membership!

I no longer borrow books. I buy them. From the library, from book stores, at garage sales, etc. etc. etc.

I still use the library but I read the books and magazines there….

....and a bunch of books I had already finished. Thank heavens for the drive-thru book drop at our library…makes life SO much easier!

I swear, the library is buying new books on my bad returning habits. I always start off SO well when I go on a reading jag, and then BAM! All of a sudden it’s three weeks past the due date, and I owe like $10. Sigh….
