have a mole removed

I had a really ugly mole on my neck that I’ve had since grade 6. I was so sick of it, I finally just removed it myself. Not something I’d generally recommend, but it worked well for me, and 2 weeks later, you can’t even tell there was anything there. I am so happy about this!

So I’ve been doing some reading about mole removal on the face. Some sites say you should have it done by a plastic surgeon because they would be more careful with the cosmetic aspect of the removal. Other sites say a dermatologist could do it just fine. So I google’d both in my area and hunted around their websites. Not much advertising on mole removal. I emailed a few. One dermatologist and one plastic surgeon answered back. Both perform the procedure. Now I just need to make up my mind.
