are one of the main pillars of feeling good. My private world works well. My professional life is sometimes rotten by this bloody feeling of fear. I cannot please everybody and people are often so manipulative. I need to remember that if I get manipulated or is my and only my choice. Keep thinking positive thoughts, let go of negativity. I’ve just reached our freezer for the ice-cream I wanted to eat and there’s no (NO!!) ice-cream! WHO dared? was my first thought.
Having let it go, I’ve taken yogurt, musli, and a few wallnuts. Great, isn’t it? Feeling much better now than I would if I had eaten the lost ice-cream (half past eight in the evening).

differnt things happen and occur in a certain shape or form because I just figure them out that way is what helps me grow in confidence. Responsible for my own life (both excited and disappointed at times), I know what it means to be happy and feel good (as well as be extremely sad and feel low low low).

I have been looking at my astrological chart. My chart is in Venus little dasha and brukdi. Venus respresents the comfort and beautiful in life. So I think it started helping me feeling good. And I got level 2 reiki recently and my mom applies me some reiki before I go to bed.
I have been doing yoga and some exercise. I think all of them together helps me feel good. 12 months ago
