Okay – finally focusing on this now. Just after three nights of a 9pm cutoff I can tell that this is something really beneficial for me.

Somehow, I’ve gotten in the habit of this now. I’ve been keeping to this for the bulk of August and I think it’s really beneficial to my health.
Well I have always told my self that I’m going to do this but never fully comitted to it. Now that I have it down as one of my goals. I am ready to accomplish this. It was my first day not eating past 9 pm and I’m happy.
I’m doing this again. And this is the 2nd day I’ve accomplished it. yay!
But this goal is serving a purpose in that I didn’t eat anything after that and I might have without this.
I found out in college that if I ate too late, the food would not properly digest (which makes sense since you’re sleeping). Then I’d wake up with a really upset stomach the next morning. NOT pleasant when you’re trying to pay attention in class…
Well it’s about 10:15 now, and I woke up about 15 minutes ago a little bit dazed after deciding to take a short nap around 4. So that’d be a no for today – that peanut butter sandwich has my name on it.
It’s so hard in France! I eat so late…
But it would probably be so good for me…
I failed yesterday. I munched on more granola between 9 and 10. But, the granola’s gone today so I hope I’ll manage not to munch after 9 tonight!
