i love origami but the only thing i have ever been able to make is a crane with flapping wings i want to make more things…maybe set up an origami farm! ooooh th eexcitement haha
I think I’m going to concentrate on memorizing how to make the boxes and then when I feel like I can do the lid without hassle I’ll mark this goal as done. I have two packets’ of papers I’ll use up. Maybe I’ll bring them to the quilt meeting next time and give them as gift-ies to my new friends.

Did these two tonight!

Very fun and easy to do for the beginner. Later you are able to do more challenging designs too.
I finally completed my first Origami work – a crane and a frog :)
Next up, i’ll probably give a shot at a dragon or maybe a high perfomance airplane.
(Heres a bat…)
It’s not as grand as some people’s dream but it will do for now. Ideally I would like to create 1000 cranes but with my hands that is not possible. I do want to find an easy pattern to make such as fish, pinwheels, butterflies or irises.
My 1st goal will be to make 10, then 50 then 100. Then perhaps a MILLION! NOT! But we will see how much I can handle.
