My plan is to go to the pool once a week. Would like to go more often but must be realistic to squeeze into busy week.
Going on a 2 week holiday so will start when i get back.. will see how i get on!

for ages. But I`ve been doing this! For the past, I think, 8 weeks already, I`ve been swimming once every week with a friend. It worked out great with my last period as well hehehe. We go swimming on Mondays, I got my period Tuesday hehehehehe. Hopefully it will work out with the next one as well. Also, the next weeks are going to be a bit weird (with my friend not being able to make it next week, and me having my period the week after it), so I hope we can keep it up and don`t just stop after this.
AGAIN! I`m not really into sports much. I pretty much get my exercise because I do everything by bike. But I want to lose some weight and it`s just good to exercise some more. I went swimming regularly until pretty much September last year. I started my new job and then just went swimming every now and then. Then I started research for my master thesis and it stopped (although I was on my bike for more than 30 minutes a day).
Right now, I have to get my period (yeah, you all really wanted to know that right?). After that, I need to go swimming ASAP.
When I was studying and before I started working – I used to swim a lot and as a result I had strong and vissible muscel around the upper arm and the chest. I was able to wake up early to a sunny morning with not being tired and procastinating. I also had energy that kept me on my feet the whole day.
I haven’t jumped into a pool in five years and i am now a different person
