KaliTime Camaralzman is drooling over Vladimir Kozlov. Hey, at least I'm honest...
I was a subject model for my teacher who was giving an example of free hand sketching during art class. All in all, it was fun and didn’t take long. I managed to preserve the picture all these years and now use it as the picture on my website.
I wouldn’t mind doing it again actually…
...both back in the nineties. One was a pencil-only drawing where I was looking suitably gothy in a room corner (it wasn’t my idea, I should note; friend J. just thought I looked good that way, so hey). That, I should note, was a fully clothed effort. The second and separate effort, which involved another artist, wasn’t. As far as I know, the painting was never completed…
It’s not finished just yet, but I’m excited. It looks really good.
Actually, I posed for the photographer Howard Schatz, a long time ago when I was but a slip of a girl. My! I sure hope he’s lost the negatives! It was fun, though, and I can’t believe I had such a great opportunity.
