I don’t go to bed when I should and it kills me the next day, but I continue to do it anyway.

I just ruined my improved sleep habits by not sleeping all night. I was cramming (I still am cramming) for my geography midterm. Argh. It’ll take weeks for me to recover from this. I’ve gotten used to needing at least 7 hours a night again.

I used to.. 2 years ago

I used to sleep at 2, 3, or as late as 5 or 6. It was horrible because I would feel like I didn’t get any sleep even if I got 5 hours. I did it because I had a hard time sleeping, I thought about too much stuff. My brain wouldn’t stop running on high. So I’d stay awake until I was exhausted.

Now, my latest is 3 but on average, I sleep around 1 so I’m glad. I feel a lot better and I don’t feel like collapsing at school anymore.

I have done this and I feel so much better. I use to be up till 3 am and get up at 6:30 and try to work a 10 hour shift..mind you not including the 1 hour drive each way to get there. Now I get 6-8 hours of sleep a night. I no longer get drained in the middle of my shift. No longer do I have to fight to stay awake during my commute. I’m perkier all day. I also use to sleep with my tv on. I have stopped that as well and seem to sleep a lot more soundly. Except this morning as my roomate began banging around and woke me up….lol. Oh well I just got up and decided to make the best of it. Gonna take my dog out and start my cleaning of the closet.
