I have been getting to bed by about 2, (it used to be 5 or 6) and getting up by 11-11:30, (used to be about 4 or 5) so I would say I am on the road to success.

I don’t know why I always sleep till the noon and fall a sleep at 3a.m or 4a.m
Maybe because it’s shool holiday for a month,
anyway I just wanto get up not that early just 8a.m or 9a.m

I work overnight so I’m screwed out of a normal schedule. Hopefully when I move to hawaii ill get a normal job with normal hours and i can sleep when it’s dark outside like everyone else.
i’d like to fall asleep without the use of drugs, thank you. i just don’t think it’s possible anymore.
Now that I have normal work hours, I’m forced into a sleeping pattern. It’s an odd one, though. Up at 3am, sleep by 8pm (unless I end up working late, then sleep by 10pm). The only day that’s still off is Sunday, because I still work nights at the other job on Sunday, get home around midnight, and get up at 3am. But this weekend is the last one, so I’ll be on normal sleep soon! Yay!
