After experimenting with various wake-up routines, sun salutations have become my favorite. So to improve my morning routine, I’m incorporating at least 12 sun salutations first thing performed as gracefully and mindfully as possible. 4 weeks ago

I am on a business trip, in Berlin right now… I don’t know why mornings are so tough to me. It is super hard to get going. This morning I managed to wake up early and go downstairs to have breakfast around 8.30 am (the past three days I went to get breakfast only 5 minutes before they close it at the hotel)... I was all happy but then came back to the room and went back to bed and slept for another whole hour!
Somehow I managed to get in the shower and get dress but I can’t make myself work. I have to go to a meeting at 2 pm and it’s 11.30 already… I need to send out some emails to try to confirm more meetings for today. I NEED TO DO THIS. And it is not even all that hard… I do have another two big things to do today… and that I can’t even think of doing them and are even more important than getting more meetings… I don’t know why I am so tired all the time. I wonder if it’s time to look for a new job… I actually am very happy with the one I have, most of the time, despite the long hours and stuff, I truly think I have the best job in the world! Not many people think that of their job, do they?
