Ok so the original goal was
August 31st get between 68kgs(149.9lbs) and 72kgs(158.7 lbs)
Now i did have a month of no progress im currently 166.6lbs about 75.6 kgs gained some weight but im still going strong hoping that i can get the 3 kgs or close to that off in the next 2 weeks. Double the workout.

Fitday.com my BMI is currently 26.66 meaning im still overweight and i need to lose another 10.3lbs to be Healthy, or rather at the border of healthy and overweight.
That weight is 154.9lbs, so im working at it and hoping to get it done this year.

Almost 6 years ago, i was 177lbs on that date, its amazing how much time has gone by and ive not hit the goal of 125 lbs that i wanted to when i set out the goal on 06/25/03 and started this way of life, i was 225lbs. ive not gone up to that weight but i did go upto 208 lbs (94.5 kgs)
6/14/04 i 158.4lbs, 04/03/05 156.2lbs its ridiculous that ive not done this and rather shocking i hope to fix this this year as one of my goals is to make this the best year and this sure would be an accomplishment.
Im worried ill hit 72kgs and stall thats what happened previously for like 3 months i was that weight in 04 and then i lost interest never lost but stayed the same.

So this is the goal for now i’m starting at 77.7kgs(171.2lbs) and i have about 6 weeks to get this done. thats about 12.5lbs – 21.3lbs.
I think the 72 is attainable but 68 would be swwwwwwwweeeeeeeeet!!! im going to take up weight training as well!!

Hey hey hey,
So I’ve been away for the last 2 months and have to admit I’ve been naughty so i haven’t lost any weight i have stayed roughly around 171.2lbs(77.7kgs) going up and down 2-3 pounds depending on how naughty I’ve been but thats it and i don’t plan to go backwards.
The goal is to get this goal off my list by the end of this year, worried about Christmas, i want to be down to my last 10 pounds by Christmas is it possible? i’m not sure but one things for sure is that this is it, for me its almost 10 years of trying to get down i need to admit to myself that i’ve done it or i have not and leave it that way.
So my new goal is to get between 68kgs(149.9lbs) and 72kgs(158.7 lbs) by the end of August. Ive set the reminder and im going to do it!! create my calender and be more prepared.

ok so ive been naughty ive been extremely naughty, im living in shanghai right and you get to try all these amazing new dishes, Chinese really do experiment with their foods so the other day i picked up some delicious”veggie” dish known as Kao fu( gluten) which was cooked in the typica shanghainese way which means soy sauce and tons of sugar, i ate all 200 grams in one sitting lol, i couldnt put down the bag i just kept eating and i knew its not the right way to go.
also had a couple of things that were way off like dofu gan = fried bean cured.
This weekend was a wedding lots of seafood pork and chicken which was good the down part is i had walnuts, cake and pudding lol and i was already depressed as my weight had gone up to 176.6 even upto 177 which sucked as i saw 174.2 i was beating myself up for eating all the kao fu and do fu gan then today i weighed myself….............................................

and IM 173.8 POUNDS I just went up to check again lol its so strange i hope tomorrow i dont weight myself and find im 178 im excited. 9.9 pounds to go im getting there, my triainer is changing the schedule and exercise pattern im hoping to get down to 72kgs 154 pounds by summer lets say July crossing my fingers i hope i can do it

Ok so 2 weeks ago i made a commitment on atkinsdietbulletinboard.com to stay away from the scale and only measure my weight today. I am so pissed off
so i made a few changes, i cut down on the amount of protein i had daily, i avoided coffee, and minimized on my crystal light and diet coke, watched my caloric intake and guess what im down 0.8 pounds from 180.4 to 179.6 wait dont get too excited for the past 5 weeks my weight has fluctuated between 179.6 and 182.4 so i can bet you that i will weigh myself tomorrow and ill be back up to 182.4. im so frustrated
I really want to get below 80 kgs ~ 176 pounds and it seems like its impossible i dont know what im doing wrong or what im doing right. uuuuuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggghhhhhhhhhh !!!!!
I know i posted earlier that i was smaller than this must have been that i wasnt standing properly on the scale. Im losing syke(motivation.The only thing keeping me going is im a size 14 us size 16 Uk. I bought size 38 pants yesterday that like size 10 UK or size 8 US. i hope that i can fit into them this year it would be nice if i could be a size 10-12 US by end of summer fat chance of that happening now

Ok so there are things im proud of
1) im actively trying to lose the rest of the 100 pounds which is about 58 pounds now(scale read 182.4 pounds im pissed abt this)
2) I exercise almost 5 days a week
3) Im down to a size 14 US and size 16 UK
Ok i have made a few boo boo’s and the biggest one is eating more than i need to eat, i used

to check how many calories i needed to lose the weight and i found out i was eating way more than i needed just to maintain my weight i was eating about 1000 calories more. Ill quote the info in another post.
So Im lowering my calories and fat intake because ive stayed at the same weight for a whole month now which is virtually impossible cause ive done a ton of exercise i should be melting away. Ok wait i am losing inches though im down from size 18-20 Us 22-24 UK .
