I’ve since gone off the Dukan diet, but I’ve actually started something much better. I simply stick to eating fiber cereal in the morning, salads for lunch and dinner, and fruit when I’m hungry or need a snack. This has really been working, and I don’t even have to think about it!! I’ve already lost 6 lbs and have a whole lot of energy. 11 months ago

Today was my first real day on the Dukan Diet. I had an omlette and turkey bacon for breakfast, string cheese and greek yogurt for lunch, and chicken breast with greek yogurt and oat bran for dinner. When I got home I was very light-headed, and the chicken alone didn’t make me feel better, but the greek yogurt and oat bran made a real difference. I also took a multi-vitamin, which helped. 11 months ago

Today went very well, I had a small breakfast and lunch. I sort of followed guidelines of South beach rather than Dukan, since I just bought the book a few hours ago. But I slipped up a little and had a little bit of ice cream and popcorn after my dinner. Tomorrow I will begin full-on Dukan now that I know the rules. No vegetables will be very hard to do. 11 months ago

The usual night before a diet consists of a binge on favorite foods you won’t be eating for a while.
I just ate a cup full of very buttered popcorn and some jelly beans, I’m taking things lightly.
Tomorrow, in pursuit of my goal to lose 35 lbs, I will be starting the Dukan Diet. So that means that tomorrow I will be eating only protein, and for the next week I will be on the ‘attack’ mode.
A rough outline of my schedule:
Wake-up 7am- elliptical 20 min, shower
breakfast: Eggs, turkey bacon, black coffee
snack(s): almonds
lunch: chicken breasts
snack: pistachio
dinner: tuna and/or chicken ?? TBD11 months ago
