I want to lose the weight I gained while depressed. I am officially “slightly overweight” and I’ve been fit and healthy all my life before this. It is has really taken a toll on me, my clothes no longer fit and I don’t even look the same. Even down to the shape of my face has changed. I am ready to make the changes necessary to making this goal a reality. I am now 165 and I want to be 145 by Christmas. Here we go!

Went for a 2 mile walk. Had a bowl of cheerios and a banana for breakfast.

I want to lose 35lbs before I go back to work in November as I am currently on maternity leave.
Exercise isn’t a problem as I enjoy it and go to the gym 5 times a week.
Food on the other hand is a problem as I like it too much! Trying to keep to 1400 calories a day and avoiding carbs where possible but not completely cutting them out.
Lost 7lbs already which has taken 3 weeks…

I’ve lost 25 lbs since March. I think I’m going to try to continue losing after the last 10 lbs.

I really really hope to lose this weight, my goal is by my next birthday, but I’m also kind of hoping it can be by Christmas.
so ive lose 6 lbs last year and i gained 15 lbs back :( due to my stress and emotional eating!
ive been trying to lose weight since 6th grade…and it has been like almost 7 years….i only gained weight…
it is soooo hard..and i am really impatient..and i love food :(

Went and did eliptical trainer for 30 minutes,then did a tricep and bicep workout with some situps at the end.
