over 36,000 want to accomplish this. i have this theory. in general i think our choices for food are poor ones. we consume far too many convience foods or packages foods with too many perservatives. that can’t be healthy at all. i can not even pronounce some of the ingredients for things that are in a box or the long descriptives on luncheon meats…or boxed cereal. anyway..my battle of the bulge will continue with a more natural approach as possible. i’m not perfect & i have not made near to perfect choices for food consumption but over the years i’ve come to realize that food in it’s own package has given me the energy & healthy way to lose weight. have you ever read the salt content of frozen dinners? it’s amazing how much salt is in them.

if i truly follow my other life’s lists of exercise regularly, making healthy choices & drink lots of water…stay away from my list of comfort foods, one of them is potatoes in any shape or form…i will see results…wish me luck folks…& good luck with your attempts…

I want to lose the weight I gained while depressed. I am officially “slightly overweight” and I’ve been fit and healthy all my life before this. It is has really taken a toll on me, my clothes no longer fit and I don’t even look the same. Even down to the shape of my face has changed. I am ready to make the changes necessary to making this goal a reality. I am now 165 and I want to be 145 by Christmas. Here we go!

I want to lose 35lbs before I go back to work in November as I am currently on maternity leave.
Exercise isn’t a problem as I enjoy it and go to the gym 5 times a week.
Food on the other hand is a problem as I like it too much! Trying to keep to 1400 calories a day and avoiding carbs where possible but not completely cutting them out.

Lost 7lbs already which has taken 3 weeks…
Currently 160lbs

Aug 3rd 09- lost 11 lbs

so ive lose 6 lbs last year and i gained 15 lbs back :( due to my stress and emotional eating!
ive been trying to lose weight since 6th grade…and it has been like almost 7 years….i only gained weight…
it is soooo hard..and i am really impatient..and i love food :(
