i want to buy a house

I want to have some privacy space not living with family in the tiny house in a village, and with people different educational level that brings eventual troubles, but you are force to smile at them because they are your neighbors!

I hate living in apartments. I don’t think people are supposed to live this close to one another. We can be very disrespectful to one another at times.
I want to live in a little bungalow with a small yard with trees.

i really want to buy a house but as of right now i don’t have the money

The market is good now and it could be an investment. By the end of this year, I want to be purchasing my home.

I am paying to much in rent to never see that money do anything for me. A house is at least mine.

I want to build one instead

I’ve just started saving to buy a house. Realty prices in Mumbai – India can kill you. But i plan to do it soon, maybe in a year’s time.

I bought a house three years ago. I should have done it much sooner! I over estimated how much money it would take and I procrastinated. I though I could never afford to buy a house!

Do yourself a favor and go talk to a mortgage lender – or run the numbers on a mortgage calculator. Owning a house is not as difficult as I thought. Plus, the equity I have built in just three years is pretty amazing!

Hi,

Although it is a difficult task to search a good home and buy it. But I have done it at last. I choose a third story flat, in which you can find an open view from entry door..opening in lobby and you can see drawing room from there. I have put dining table in the lobby from where kitchen is easy to access.
It is having two more room, one as a bed room and other as a guest room.

Homes can not be bulid in a day, you may need time to improve them as per you choice and comfort so always believe in taking your time.
