And I don’t have tickets yet. Presumably the only tickets available are nosebleed seats. I’m tight on cash and really can’t even afford the tickets so this goal may have to be put on hold until they come back to town. I really do want to see the band live though!!!!!
How to see tool (live)
How I did it: i bought floor tickets, showed up to the show when parking lot opened, and waited for hours in the hot sun, once i got inside i fought my way to the front. ended up holding on to the metal rail for dear life within spitting distance of the bassist. it was bad ass, although it felt my ear drums were going to bleed about halfway through the show.

Freaking amazing. Just spectacular.
Baltimore, June 8th 2007.
I wish I would have brought some ear plugs though because my hearing didn’t come back for 3 days after the concert. My hearing is apparently much more sensitive than the people that sound system is set up for.
Great show, great songs, great everything.
I’m going to see them in concert again at the earliest possible time.
it was ok, i mean, yeah….it’s TOOL, but i’m not hardcore, i like listening to them….in quiet mode…haha!
awesome time. maynard told the st. louis crowd that we were the most pathetic group of god’s creatures he’d ever seen.
that crazy maynard..
I saw them twice on the Lateralus tour. The first show was perfect, absolutely in every way. Profound, transforming, amazing, I left the show a changed person.
If you have never seen TOOL live, you are missing out. The entire production is very powerful. I have seen them live 5 times over 3 tours and I will continue to go to every show near me any chance I get.
