see my niece and nephew grow into happy adults

I want so badly for my nephew and niece to have a happy childhood. I don’t want them to ever feel sad the way that I did when I was little. So far they are doing well, but last year my nephew was bullied at school and it broke my heart. I worry constantly about them and pray that they will grow up well adjusted and in love with life. We need a bit of hardship in our lives to make us truly appreciate all that we have, but I do hope they experience the bare minimum necessary to make them loving, happy adults who live long, prosperous lives full of people who love them as much as I do. 3 years ago
