I still eat chocolates and ice cream.
But i also make it a point to eat fruits and veggies and as much as possible, I avoid fastfood. Hard for someone who never eat at home. But I try. For lunch been having a balanced meal and i think my arbitrage for rewarding myself or “indulging” is pretty objective I think. And yeah, increased my water intake.

It’s sooo hard.
I’ve been having chocolates for breakfast. I eat a lot of donuts. Doesn’t help that I’d sometimes get cravings for chips.
Sigh. This will take awhile.

Will officially start today though I have been conscious of what I eat now. I’m not gonna diet, just gonna make sure I eat enough fruits and veggies, plus lots of water. I had McDo yesterday though this week I’ve been eating relatively healthy. I had a salad for lunch.
Just have to remember not to drink too much in tomorrow’s party.
