KayI suck at doing things on a daily basis

All my days run together since Ember died. Just a mass of trying to pass time and sleep.

But I really need to do this, get a better handle on my eating habits. Normally I keep an eating journal in my regular one, but I’ve really stopped writing a journal the last couple months. Expressing myself no longer helps dull the pain, there’s nothing left inside me. I’m just empty.

I spend most of my time online these days, constantly searching for something to hold my attention for a least a moment or two. So maybe keeping records here on 43things will help. Really…. unmotivated. I just don’t see a point in trying to do anything without my girl. 12 months ago
