weigh myself at all yesterday!
The fact that there is no scale at my boyfriend’s house is beyond the point…
How I did it: The reason I said it took 0 days is because I can't remember how long... but anyways, I used to weigh myself multiple times a day. Now, I'm weighed once or twice a week by my mom so that she can make sure I'm not losing weight, but besides that I don't weigh myself at all.
I've had a few slip-ups, but that's okay. And you know what, I probably will in the future. But once you stop feeling the overwhelming need to weigh yourself, you feel so free and it's just an amazing feeling, to know you don't need to do that anymore, and can live without the scale.

The fact that there is no scale at my boyfriend’s house is beyond the point…
Since I added this to my list, I started an account with calorie-count.com – where I have started weighing myself daily…again.
Positive note: I’m not starving myself anymore…and I don’t weigh myself 20 times a day…just once (or twice).
I will still be thinking about it. I will continue to pinch the skin on my legs, arms and tummy and estimate my weight…and be depressed about it.
Hopefully in the long run = this will help fade my obsession. It’s at least worth a try.
