I went up to Pittsburgh for the first part of this week with one goal in mind: find us a place to live. We’re planning on living in an apartment for the first year while we decide on where best to buy a house.

I look at many apartments downtown, but eventually, I think we’re going to get a loft across the river. I put down a security deposit to hold the place while the application is processed. I really don’t see any issues coming up with our application, so this will be our new home come this summer. 7 years ago

We officially left yesterday. We have yet to arrive in San Francisco, we are currently in travel mode. Joshua is driving the U-haul with his brother and Judah and I are staying at my dad’s until our flight tomorrow.

A couple of weekends ago, I broke the news to my parents that we’re planning on moving to Pittsburgh this summer. It was tough telling them, but now that they know, planning is starting full-force.
