move out of arizona

I’d really, really like to move out of this state and see a little bit more of the world. Even if that bit of world is only 1,000 miles away.

Places that I’m considering:
Seattle, Madison (WI), Denver, Pittsburgh

I’m going to wait until I finish my degree before I make up my mind though.

After a 13 hour drive, 3 days of an extended inn and a week sleeping on a friend’s living room floor, my roommate and I will be getting our OWN apartment keys tomorrow afternoon.
I was born in Rochester, NY and lived in Arizona for the last 14 years. Time for change was long overdue and I finally did it! I’m still close enough for a cheap flight home if I need too, but the change feels good so far. Considering my next adventures are planned for London and Australia, Denver is a much needed baby-step away from the Phoenix Valley.

I have now lived in Saudi Arabia for over a month. I now consider this goal of leaving arizona accomplished.

...and live where I can love summer again!

But I am from Buffalo, NY. It is too damn hot here!

I can’t stand arizona more specifically gilbert! i need an adventure

well I may be accomplishing this goal sooner than I expected because due to my Dads job I’m moving to Riyadh Saudi Arabia this coming june/july time period. one thing that is making me nervous is that next year I am going to be a senior in high school and after I graduate I’ll need to come back to the states but I’ll have no support from my family since they’ll be living in saudi arabia. now I do have some money saved up in a personal savings account that would cover the cost of a plane ticket back but there are other expenses that I’ll have getting started back in the states deposit for a room rental, rent, car, clothes, ect… I’m trying to get a job right now so I can save some more money but I havent been called by any possible employers.

I think Twin Falls or the surrounding area may be a possibility sooner than later.

I have changed my mind several times. I wanted to go to Seattle then Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, North Dakota and now I am leaning towards Idaho.

I’m from maryland and my dad made me move here when I was 8. now that I am a sophomore in high school I am moving out of this state once I graduate and turn 18. two more years…..
