55 minutes was hard but I managed to not stop as much and push myself through the harder parts which was good. I enjoyed it more and can’t wait to do more workouts this coming month.

55 Minutes
just finished the 55 minutes a few minutes ago and now I can’t wait to get in the shower. I enjoyed it a little more today. I found I wasn’t stopping as much and was pushing myself a little further when I wanted to. The only major stopping time was when I was totally out of breath so I sat down for about 60 seconds and had a drink of water and then I was back to it.

I did the same as yesterday and didn’t need to stop as much as I did yesterday although there was a point when I did have to sit down for about 60 seconds to catch my breath and have a quick drink.
I am still aching from yesterday so it was harder for me to do that yesterday but the 50 minutes did fly by.

I did the same as I did on last week, I didn’t struggle as much as I did on Monday although I did struggle a couple of times during it. I did push myself past some difficult points and did enjoy it, this time the 55 minutes were up before I even realised whereas the other day I clocked watched a couple of times throughout the workout.
I am struggling more than I want to at this stage, I wish I wasn’t but I am sure in time I will be fine.

55 minutes!!
It was really tough as I haven’t worked out in about three weeks and I had only just started to build my fitness up and had only just progressed and then didn’t do any exercise for about three weeks so I found it ten times tougher than normal today.
I had to stop more than I had done before and I was breathless more and struggled in parts of it but the more I do it the fitter I will get and the less I will struggle.
I did the Pump it up DVD – well parts of it. I did the warm up, then the “dance it out” section and then I did some of the warm up part again but by then I was struggling and gave up and just finished with the cool down section.
I am pleased I did it!!
