Monday: I had such grand plans today. I set the alarm for 5.30am to hit the gym, and snoozed my way through until it was too late. Packed my gym gear for after work….or so I thought until I pulled up and realised I’d forgot my shoes dammit! So came home and cooked dinner instead.
Tuesday: 45 minutes cardio

Wednesday: 45 minutes cardio
Thursday: 1 hour yoga class
Friday: 30 minutes cardio, 15 minutes weights

Tuesday: 30 mintues calisthetics/pilates
Wednesday: 30 mins cardio/25 mins weights
Thursday: Yoga class
