I’m just going to start with 3 times a week :) Fits in with my schedule better and I can always work up to 4!

Time to get serious. - 5th to 11th March 2 years ago

Monday: I had such grand plans today. I set the alarm for 5.30am to hit the gym, and snoozed my way through until it was too late. Packed my gym gear for after work….or so I thought until I pulled up and realised I’d forgot my shoes dammit! So came home and cooked dinner instead.
Tuesday: 45 minutes cardio

Thursday: 1 hour yoga class
Friday: 30 minutes cardio, 15 minutes weights
