become an actress

I’ve been going to a drama school for 3years now. Should i complete the last two years of qualifications and go to uni and get a diploma or should i just go get an agent now? By the way my drama school isn’t for stuck up people, it’s for people with less equal opportunities so i’m really down to earth:)

Well..I received a scholarship to a modeling school here locally (John Casablancas) when I was 13. After training and graduation, an agency contacted me from California. They wanted me to come there, sign a contract and begin modeling. Due to my age, my parents thought it best I didn’t go just yet. Through the years there were opportunities but not as big as that first one. However, now at 31 years of age, I auditioned a few weeks ago for a stage production here in my state and received two roles. After this, it will be ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’. It may only be locally that I do things, and that’s fine with me! I love the stage and singing is in my blood. Who knows where this could lead? I’m excited to find out…

Im 15 years old and ever since i was 5 I wanted to act in movies!I love romantic,challenging,hard,sad and even fictional movies.The only type of movie I think I dont want to play in is scary movies!No way,scary movies acting or not gives me the heebees!Other than that i would love to play in movies,its my life i want to live and Im going to live it.I love to play alot and act like diffrent movie stars.I love Orlando bloom,Johnney depp and alot more,I love the way they act and I want to be just like them some day!

I am going to be an actress! I mean I dont really know what constitutes as being an actress and what does not. It is not like I want to be famous or anything. I just want to do what I like to do.

i’m 15. i’m always super happy and love to have fun. but no-one takes me seriously :( acting would be the only way for me to take my over hyperactive mind and excitin personality and just let it out without being looked at funny or be called a freak! ofcourse i take life seriously and i get my head down in lessons and really try hard for everything i do! but i’m scared of losing my personality because of work and not being able to let it show all the time. plus being on stage and putting yourself into another characters body is AWESOME!

in terms of my last entry, let me restate my miley cyrus theory. i just want to say that i totally respect her…she’s very talented and amazing at what she does. however, what i meant was that i just want to go in a different direction. anyway. this is going to be a tough school year (junior year…oh no!) i have to focus on sat work, school, and adding acting lessons and hopefully more theater companies into my schedule. it will be totally worth it, i just don’t have anyone who believes in me. my mom doesn’t really support me, and she’s the most important person in my life. my friends think it’s a joke. everyone just thinks i’m going to have to get it out of my system and then move on and work in a cubicle somewhere. i don’t want to do anything else. i can’t get acting out of my system when it’s the one thing that makes my system run. what are you supposed to do when you know you were born to do something, but everyone else thinks your crazy?

I have always wanted to be a lead in a movie. I know acting takes alot of classes and effort and I have always told myself that I can do that! I love to have peoples attention. I know I’m a well like energetic person that strives for what she wants and I pray to do what I some day dream of be in a hit movie and become a famous actress!

This summer I’ve been in two plays, one indie movie, and an improv club. I’ve auditioned for two other plays and gotten a part in one (so far).
