make a pie crust and bake a pie

My two favs to make and eat are “mock pecan” (made with beans, and it’s funny to tell people after they eat it!!!) and pumpkin.

Pie is great! I got a nice marble rolling pin for the holidays this year. I have yet to use it… Maybe next week… 4 years ago

but have taken to buying the pie crusts. They just never came out the way I wanted them too. And it makes life so much simpler to just unroll the pie crust and fill it with fresh filling. I do still make graham cracker crusts, but they are really easy to do. 4 years ago
