idk wut to put lol….im overweight i guess like 85 pounds which is alot nd im 15 so i need to be in a more healthy environment. Cause at home my mother doesnt buy fruits nd stuff like healthy stuff lol…..nd im mexican so she makes mexican food which is hard to resist idk if this wut u have to do but ima try to lose weight in a year that should be good or 6 months around there cause i hate bein fat i need more self confidence so yea…..

My ideal weight is 140.
I reached an all-time high of 230 last month.
I’ve had health problems in the last two years, but everything seems to be going back to normal now, so there is no excuse anymore!
So I started training (jogging, yoga and strength training) a month ago and I went to see a nutritionist to find out was I was doing wrong. Turns out I was eating too much carbs and not enough proteins.
Here are my results so far:
Weight on May 1st: 230
Weight on May 27: 214
Weight loss to date: 16 pounds (not too bad!!!)
Pounds left to loose: 74

Hi my name is jazmin and i want to lose 85 pounds for my health and i’m trying to get into uscg(united states coastal guard).I will do whatever it takes to make this happen cause i’m a determined individual now, HELP ME PLEASE!!!
I have lost a lot of weight before, only to put it back on. It was easy back then, but now I can’t seem to stop eating! I guess it’s time to stop filling the void with cheeseburgers.
Many of my goals rest on this goal. Horseback riding lessons, swimming with dolphins, going on a cruise, climbing a mountain, having a second child…all depend on me being healthy. I think this is the realization for me that I need to do this now, and I need to start today. Much of my life is on hold until I lose some/all of this weight.

I went to the store to pick up a few things for my diet and for the past week, I have been researching tips for dieting. Ive come across some great tips and I will be using those tips to help me lose weight.
I found a support buddy!
And I think that is the key. Support.
Im going to go running/walking with him every day throughout the summer, which I am sure will help me to lose weight.

My ideal weight is 135. I am in the 220 range and would like to start losing weight to better myself. Most people dont believe me when I say that I am over 200 pounds because most of it is muscle and I dont look like I am… but sadly, I am. In the next year to a year in a half, I want to enlarge my social group and start dating, but just for fun. Ive been in two serious relationships the past 5 years.. Im young, I dont want to be tied down anymore, I want to have fun, but while doing so, I want to actually feel good about myself. But its not just the appearance… its my health.
In two weeks I want to have lost 5 pounds… However, 10 pounds would be GREAT! :]

I really want to lose weight and I am good at it. I am just not good at keeping it off. I have lost the 85 pounds already 20 lbs at a time on at least 5 – 10 diets a year. But it all come backs…with a vengence!!!! I have spent hundreds of dollars on diet pills and books. Does anybody have any REAL advice????
I’m just over 10% of the way there…200 lbs. even now, losing about 5 lbs. a month. I hate that it’s slowed to half of when I started and will likely slow down again, but at least it’s coming off and will stay off! :-D
