My anxiety level isn’t really decreasing. I’m quite good at hiding it. But really, that just makes things worse once things really start to get stressful.
Sometimes it just feels like the walls are going to come crashing down on me…and even though I feel that way, the realist in me knows that everything is going to be fine in the long run.
It’s just really hard to cope sometimes, that’s all. It’s a definite struggle.
