learn free running

this looked so awesome to do and i know i would love to do this!!!
best looking thing that i think i’ll ever get into and once i can find a place to start practicing i’ll get my bro to join and we’ll do it together!!!!!

I’m the kind of guy who’s been running around vaulting fences for as long as I’ve been tall enough.
Parkour and Free running would just take that to another level, I’ve wanted to learn ever since I seen Sebastian Foucan do it in Casino Royale.
I’m going to join a local Parkour club and start learning it properly this summer.

It certainly looks fun, but i think my fitness isn’t enough yet. There are quite a few people doing this type of thing in London, and I know of at least one acquaintance, so time to get training, and go a do it!
