Congratulations to you and happy one month and one day birthday to Hudson.

I sent a gift that you had on your registry- I hope that you both enjoy it. You live in a perfect place to use it and the weather is finally getting nice enough to get outside again!

Okay so it’s been a month since the arrival of Hudson Tyler to our own Roux. I went out today to her registry at Kids’R’Us and sent her some monkeys that were on her list of items along with some other stuff. I also went out to PayPal and sent her a 43-appropriate amount of cash because you always can use cash when you’ve got a new baby in the house. I can’t imagine how you’ll ever tear yourself away from your lovely baby’s eyes, to come send us a note. We’ll be patient, maybe if you spend a sleepless night a month or two from now you can post a pic for us.

One thing Iloved getting, and I would never have thought to get myself is a wipie warmer, so great for those winter-born babies! They’re so tiny and sensitive, and made changing her so much easier because the wipes weren’t cold. I know Target has them, other places too, I’m sure. I wish I could send a real present, or could be there to help, to make sure yo get a shower (as in an actual shower) or time to yourself.

Here’s wishing perfect health for you and your baby, lots of peace, and smoot times ahead. And much inspiration, joy, and fun in the coming years!

I can’t believe time has passed so quickly, it seems like just a few weeks ago when we found out she was expecting a little bundle of joy and now her baby has arrived.

Congratulations sweetie and I can’t wait to see the pictures!

Though I don’t want to spill any of the beans, everything’s gone well, and Mom and offspring are home again! She’s super exhausted and promises to post pics and news soon!
