be in a broadway musical

I might be in my 50s or 60s by the time it happens, but by god, it WILL happen eventually.

I love to act and performing is my life. Im smart but not that much… I much prefer acting singing and dancing. And what is a better place to wow the world than Broadway? Well, maybe not quite. But I love to act and sing and one day I WILL be on Broadway.

I’m going to be on Broadway.

The closest to me for broadway is about an hour away. I really wanna do this, it’s just…always and i mean, ALWAYS been a dream of mine. I think that i should just show up and say i’m in the musical. How bout that? Lol.

I love musicals! There are so many I would love to be in-Phantom, Les Miz, Sunset Boulevard, Aida, Thoroughly Modern Millie and Miss Saigon-much fun!

I saw rent on broadway in ‘98, then I saw it again in NY in ‘04 off broadway. Saw it again a few months ago on a traveling show that came through ohio. The movie was fantastic. I have both the broadway and the movie soundtracks on my Ipod at all times. I sing along in my car all the time, hoping that no one can hear me. I’m sure I could be an understudy for every character in that play. I’m a bit obsessed, but it would be my dream to play a part in ANY production of RENT. (I would want to be Roger)

And those memories will last me a lifetime!

I’ve loved the theatre for as long as I can remember, and I want to be as much a part of it as I can. I want to sing, I want to act. Not so much dance, cause I suck at it. But I want to be a performer and make myself and my high school director proud and tell my family “I told you so”.
