Three birds with one stone - hopefully! 10 months ago

In an aim to lower my bmi and eat more vegetables (2 other items on my list!!) I have planned my meals for the next week!
Feeling pretty proud of myself, and organised to boot!!

I’ve made some progress on this but really need to make it a priority. I have been concentrating on making sure I take lunch to work, which has mostly been working out well – I’m always so much more relaxed and feel healthier when I do. Got some amazing cookbooks over Christmas so now is the time to delve!! Looking forward to it:)
