How I did it: I did this by signing up on LegalZoom. I ended up making my own freelance web development company. I have a few clients already, so I'm very happy that I started it. I say this even though I have a full-time job as well. The business is a side-project that is for fun and might turn into something down the road.

What an awesome idea. I would love to start a company but what is stopping me is trying to do everything perfectly…pick the best name, best website domain, do a big launch…I should just go ahead and do it!

I’m getting an opportunity through my existing employer to start a new division/product (yet to be determined) “company”. Very exciting and motivating work. I will update more as I get through the business planning stage.
What’s working so far?
*KISS (Keep it simple Sean)
*My years and years of research into the industry I’m developing product for
*Balance – thinking about people, finance, marketing and Sales and not just focusing about the product/tech so much.
*People – If anything needs focus it is people (employees and customers)
