My 3 buddies and I keep seeing TV commercials for Ruby Tuesdays and it’s not fair because there isn’t one at all in our city. How lame is it to even run that CM then?
Anyhow, since the few ads we saw have been mouth-watering, we’re on the search for one. Supposedly, RT is planning on adding 10 just in our county in the next 5 years… Dude, hurry up and just build them before I don’t care for burgers anymore!
“MARYVILLE, Tenn., Business Wire, Feb. 12, 2007—Ruby Tuesday, Inc., one of the nation’s leading casual dining restaurant companies, announced plans for the opening of 10 franchised restaurants in Los Angeles County over the next five years. The restaurants will be developed and operated by RT LA Group, LLC. Principles in that company include David Fish, Rob Rittgers, and Troy Saldana.”

Their website says their quality, passion, and pride aren’t hard to find, but according to our last Ruby Tuesdays quest, this wasn’t true at all. After driving around for an hour, sadly we gave up to try again another day. Yesterday however, was that day. And we found it! We had to go to McKinney to eat there, but we so found it! I had the Bacon Avocado Turkey Burger, which was very good, and the fries were really good too. Yet, I think we all came to an agreement that Fuddruckers was better. Even though you get the whole restaurant experience with Ruby Tuesdays with a waiter and all, Fuddruckers was better taste-wise. So if you’re wanting someone to wait on you and eat on cool rectangular plates, then go to Ruby Tuesdays, but if you’re wanting a darn good burger and a much funnier restaurant name, then go to Fuddruckers.
