Paint my hallway a chalky white, and paper the barrel wall.

Have done bugger all about this so far, though shouldn’t really be all that hard as very little stuff in the hallway and no wallpaper to take off either. I guess I should take a look at how much existing paint I have, and estimate how much I need.
