    The man and I decided to do this in 2001, saved up for nearly a year, and did the 2 month trip in July 2002. Our only solid plan was our entry and exit points, all else was done on the fly. In the end we did Peru, Bolivia, then Brazil.. and both absolutely fell for Bolivia.

    Would love to offer tips or answer questions.
