How I did it: i recently gave up soda, it was a lot easier and a lot harder then i thought, i did go through some wihdrawals, but i was determined and i gave it up in a day

Oh well, still keeping it on my list.
Soda does nothing good for me. It has no nutritional value, and it only adds stones to me (AKA pounds), and affects my Bipolar Disorder by making me unstable. I’ve been soda free for months, but then I had a can of Pepsi today. It’s time to get back on the wagon.

Hey, soda tastes good, but it’s a terrible health choice and when you don’t drink it anymore you don’t have withdrawls. For a short period of time you might want an ice cold pepsi, but ignore the advertisments, ice cold water is much more refreshing… and HEALTHY. This goal can be a hard one to achieve, but I’ve seen many of my friends do it, and I’m very happy I quit. Drink Water, ice tea, and natural juice (no corn syrup)!
