i know its impossible but its a life long goal to remind myself to never stop learning and never take for granted what i already know.

Since I started to hang out with older, more mature folks I have felt that my lack of knowledge has put me to shame. By lack of knowledge, I mean I am highly educated. I graduated from an Ivy League (though unpopular, but still Ivy). However, I don’t feel knowledgeable enough. So What? I went to a great college. STILL I feel that I have a very narrow knowledge which would come with the fact that I had focus on(read: choose or die) a major in a particular few subjects instead of just taking a hodge-podge collage of courses to broaden my overall knowledge and appreciation for life in general. I have refused to watch any TV (except the Olympic Games) for the rest of the year. I just want to to read, read, read, read, read, read, read, and READ s’more. I plan on moving into Borders and spending plenty of time browsing through the obscure, the enlightening, the suprising, the entertaining, the weird, adventurous blahdee blah world of literature. I will even try peruse literature written in foreign tongue. I just want to stop feeling like a Smart Dummy.
IanYodaWalker is learning everything
I now feel like i know everything i need to know!
For some reason when I don’t know something, I get a weird feeling and have to know the answer. I am always asking questions until I find the answer. I use “google” all the time, that’s how I found this site : ) But now my real question is “Why do I feel that I have to know everything?” If someone can help me out, that would be great : )
I don’t think it would be comfortable for me to know everything.
Many times, my ignorance is blissfull.
and to be god is to acknowledge god exists.
i know everything.
i am not god.
OH WHAT A PARADOX I’M HAVING.
I am trying the buddy approach on this one.
Most people I bring this up with agree its impossible to know everything. But they also agree that it is quite possible to learn a percentage of everything.
So, me and my buddy josh are each going to learn 50% of everything there is to know, and then compare notes.
Kristina is hovering.
I fully intend to be a very wise woman when I’m older.
not necessarily know all the answers but be knowledgable about everything. know everything there is to know about everything on the earth, in space, beyond space, about people… EVERYTHING.
