help my partner cope with his brothers suicide

It’s been over a year now and we have moved on. It’s a harsh thing to say but I am glad as brothers they were never that close, it would have made it a lot worse. The parents won’t ever get over it, you can see it is still in their minds every minute of every day and that is sad as they still have a lot of their lives to live but they will have this hanging over their heads. So if you are contemplating suicide….DONT DO IT!

People who kill themselves really annoy me. Its cowardly and its cruel to those you leave behind and who has to pick up the pieces? people like me.
This week started out so well but on Wednesday it was ruined when my partners brother shot himself.
I understand how hard depression is but I guess I don’t understand what triggers a person to just end it all. Everyone goes through hard times but not everybody kills themselves when the going gets tough.
I wish more work was put into finding a cure for depression.
I wish I didn’t have to deal with this
