Take a motorcycle tour of each city I visit

Tomorrow is supposed to be gorgeous!

Sri Lanka and DC

I’ve ridden Vespas here, but what I really want is a mean roaring Harley. You don’t see too many of those where I’m staying, everyone has those cute little scooters.

And WHAT’s the DEAL with no one here wearing helmets??? Florida’s strange. No smoking in restaurants but go ahead, crack your head open, have a great day!

1.) Colombo, Sri Lanka with a boy who worked in our hotel, we rode 2 hours to the beach, such a rush, driving there is BEYOND dangerous. I get off on that sort of rush though.

2.) Paris 3x, twice with a man who had a big, gorgeous BMW bike, each time at night, all over Paris, esp. beautiful along the Seine. And then this last trip with a girl!! That was fun, I met her at a cafe, I’d seen her zoom up on her bike and we got to talking.

3.) NYC, with a chef (only for 4 blocks though)

4.) Charlotte, NC and Hickory, NC with an ex who’s obsessed with bikes, he’d take great pride in fixing up his old Harley

5.) Washington, DC with a boy I very briefly dated (maybe in reality I was dating the bike?)

6.) Milford, CT with people I met on the beach

7.) Philly! My most recent, 3 days ago. FUN!! Was having dinner by myself at this outdoor cafe in Old City and bikers are vrooming up the street, 2 of them ended up coming back around the block, we started chatting, next thing I know I’m on the bike and end up hanging out with them all night, and went to a DIVE DIVE biker bar. Like 30 bikes parked, they all seemed very hard core. Just really beautiful bikes, especially the 1 I rode on. And both the boys I met were SO Gorgeous. Mmmm

It’s funny, whatever new place I visit I meet men who have motorcyles… It’s always fun to get a guided tour. It seems more personal than a car or train.
