Well I don’t know Peter but this seems like a worthy goal. I play and I could help http://www.43things.com/person/mmarchin with her goals if she helps me with this one. I live in Massachusetts so I don’t know how easy it would be to play discgolf with Peter, I do snowshoe though and run a really fun winter trip in the White Mountains of NH, so maybe we can trade? Check out that trip at http://wisdomtales.com/hiking go to the winter trips and see!

Well, we haven’t played lately, but tonight I won 1/2 at Horse and Around-the-world (a first). Sweet.
Today I only lost by 12. That may be the best yet. He gave me a new driver for christmas, so that might’ve helped. I got some longer drives than usual.
Not only did I lose again, I got stung by hornets. Four times. And I lost my main disc. I’m rapidly losing interest in this sport.
Lost again, by 20 points. That basically means he’s beating me by a stroke per hole. Usually it’s because of drives. Maybe while he’s gone, I’ll secretly go practice my drives somewhere. Heh heh.
Getting closer… We played only three holes last night because he kept losing his discs and we had to look for them. But we tied! Afterwards we discussed devising a handicap system, but I don’t know if I want that. I want to win fair and square.
I did better when I didn’t try to throw it as far and just focused on throwing it straight.
I got a new driver (actually an all-purpose disc) and I like it a lot better than the one I was using before.
I didn’t win, but I didn’t do too bad. I tried to focus on my form on drives.
