I know the big bad things that have happened are what make people view Islam in such a distorted view. Ignorance is probably a major reason too, because there a many things to Islam that non-Muslims might think is oppressive or restrictive, and all it takes is a little awareness to see that it’s really not like that. Because it’s easy to be afraid of what we don’t really know…
I am going to try to make the little things count. Maybe i can’t change everyone’s perception, but if I can provide understanding to at least one person, maybe that will be enough. And if I can’t, I’ll at least point them to someone who can! 6 years ago
